Not as good as the old Ethiopian coffee. Still good, just not as good.
Puzzle? I started this one with a pore at our normal 210f where it had a punch we didn't really care for. That said using a smaller pore (30g vs 40g) at 195f brought this into an enjoyable cup.
Mellow, I would call this cup even and balanced. I don't always like even-cups with my usual being a fruit forward experience. It cools nicely as well.
I've found that a truly great coffee is a moving experience through all its temps; so it's an experience more than just a drink. This one is an experience.
