Since 1850, for generations we have been growing coffee at our farms in Santa Ana, El Salvador. We diligently roast and brew that coffee in Tulsa, OK

It all started in 1850 with Santiago Díaz-Cáceres, who brought his coffee knowledge to El Salvador. Six generations later, we still grow coffee on the volcanic slopes of Santa Ana.

In 2001, after the global coffee market crash, our family responded by building a direct trade model that cut out middlemen and connected farm to cup.

Today, we remain committed to quality, transparency, and a better future for coffee.

Purchasing fully traceable specialty-grade coffees at a price that allows a viable and sustainable living for coffee producers is our commitment. For this reason, we release transparency reports yearly.
