our story
It all started in 1850 with Santiago Díaz-Cáceres, who brought his coffee knowledge to El Salvador. Six generations later, we still grow coffee on the volcanic slopes of Santa Ana.
In 2001, after the global coffee market crash, our family responded by building a direct trade model that cut out middlemen and connected farm to cup.
Today, we remain committed to quality, transparency, and a better future for coffee.
