For the first time ever, we sent a container of coffee from our farms in El Salvador to the Swiss Water Decaffeination Plant in Vancouver, British Columbia to have our very own direct trade, single-origin decaf coffee.

I used to subscribe to a coffee service that sent me a different coffee every so often. I sampled lots of different coffees over a couple of years, one of which was El Manzano. My wife and I liked it so much, we stopped our subscription and started a subscription with Topeca Coffee Roasters. Now we get El Manzano every month. This is a wonderful coffee. From the moment the beans are ground, the aroma tells you this is going to make a great cup. I love the caramel-roastiness of this coffee. Perhaps at some point I’ll try other coffees that Topeca offers. For now, I’m satisfied with El Manzano as my everyday cup.
Tried several decaf’s and this is the best espresso decaf most you convince yourself they are that bad. This one really hits the mark of really good espresso decaf or not

It is a great cup of coffee. We are picky about our morning cups of coffee and we have searched many sources looking for that perfect cup. We have finally found it in the Signature Espresso Blend. A GREAT cup of coffee.
