ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Looking to explore what coffee has to offer beyond the familiar? Our Rotating Single Origin subscription is designed for curious drinkers who enjoy discovering standout coffees from exciting origins around the world.

This subscription features a new single origin every three months. Over the course of the year, we aim to introduce four distinct coffees as compelling lots become available. Each selection stays consistent throughout the three-month window, giving you time to get to know it, dial it in, and enjoy it fully before the next rotation arrives. A balance of variety and stability, all in one subscription.

Currently Featuring: India Ratnagiri Estate Peaberry

This selection remains the same for each shipment during the three-month cycle. If you receive more than one delivery within that period, you will receive the same coffee until the next rotation begins.

It was a pleasant surprise to find how wonderful coffee from Laos was.

Everyone in my house loves the Laos Nega Gesha. We’ve been enjoying it as a pour over with the Kalita Wave, as well as with a Chemex. It’s light and super flavorful— and I definitely get some citrus notes when drinking it. I’m gladI splurged on the 2lb bag because I don’t want it to end anytime soon. It might be my favorite single origin roast from Topeca so far!

This is a very well balanced coffee with a pleasant sweetness. I have tried it pour over and as espresso I find that I prefer espresso but they are both very enjoyable

Mellow, I would call this cup even and balanced. I don't always like even-cups with my usual being a fruit forward experience. It cools nicely as well.

I've found that a truly great coffee is a moving experience through all its temps; so it's an experience more than just a drink. This one is an experience.
Try it!

Really a good smooth coffee. Aroma was fantastic and the taste had some kick but was still very smooth. I always enjoy the suggestions from Topeca and this one was no different. I WILL be ordering this again!

Other things that impact a coffee’s flavor include where the coffee is grown, how the fruit is processed, how the seed is dried, how well the coffee is sorted, how the coffee is roasted, and lastly how you brew it.
