This is my first month with Topeca coffee but I am really pleased with the super high quality of their offerings. The subscription service of quality selected, blended and roasted coffee is a real value added / life enhancement service.
This was a wonderful coffee. I use it for a 16:1 pour over with a touch of monk fruit: stevia sweetener to bring out the golden raisin, orange peel caramel tastes. I drink 500 to 600 grams each morning while writing and it works out great. I can tell that it is masterfully selected and roasted for a flavorful light roast. The scent from the fresh coffee beans when I open the topeca coffee bag is delicious. I won't have any problem using the 2 lbs up over this month and eagerly look forward to seeing what next month's selection of roaster's choice will be.
