This is my go-to blend year round although I do sometimes buy seasonal blends like porch session or sweater weather. Ayutepeque has a satisfying full bodied flavor that is not too bold but not demure either.
I love this coffee. I had it in the coffee shop my last day in Tulsa and wish I would have found it sooner. So when I got home I ordered it and it’s good at home to. I shared with my parents and grandparents and they all love it to! No matter how you brew it strong or weak it won’t disappoint
Really good flavor. Makes great espresso . Really had to work to dial in my grinder from the regular espresso blend to the Zingo but thats just proves its truely different coffee.
We’ve tried a bunch of brands and blends over a lifetime of drinking coffee, settled on Breakfast Blend from Topeca. love the smoothness and hint of caramel in the background.
