This is a two-day class designed to equip new coffee professionals with basic knowledge on where coffee comes from, how to brew it, how to build a menu and take care of all the equipment in a cafe. 

Topeca baristas are required to take this class upon hire, and wholesale partners who use espresso machines use this as an introductory class as well. Use this as a launching pad for your coffee career, or to refine your skills.
