Wholesale Order Policy
Hours of Operation: 8am - 5pm CST, Monday-Friday (closed on major holidays)
Orders placed before 4pm CST Monday-Thursday, will be roasted, packed, and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed Friday-Saturday, will be processed the following Monday (unless closed for a holiday). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Tuesday
We will always due our best to accommodate last minute orders, but cannot make guarantees. If you are interested in scheduling a regular standing order, or regular weekly ship/delivery day please contact our production manager, Mason Galle, at email@example.com
Shipping: We ship all wholesale orders via UPS Ground service. Orders totaling 20lbs of coffee and over qualify for free shipping. Coffee orders under 20lbs, and non-coffee orders will be charged full shipping cost.
Delivery: Free delivery is available within a 20-mile radius from our roastery for orders $100 and over. Free deliveries are limited to once weekly. Orders under $100, or special/extra delivery requests are subject to a $25 delivery fee. Orders are always available for free pick-up at the roastery with prior notice.
Freshness: Coffee is at its peak flavor 5-21 days post roast. We do our best to fulfill orders with coffee that is 0-5 days off roast. To get the best flavor from your coffee, order appropriate quantities, so that you are always brewing coffees within that 5-21 day window. If you have coffee that is near the 21-day threshold, making cold brew with it is a great way to extend that product freshness another week.
