We will always due our best to accommodate last minute orders, but cannot make guarantees. You may also request to pick up your order at our warehouse if you need product quicker than we can deliver. If you are interested in scheduling a regular standing order, or regular weekly ship/delivery day please contact our production manager, Mason Galle, at mason@topecacoffee.com

Shipping: We ship all wholesale orders via UPS Ground service. Orders totaling 20lbs of coffee and over qualify for free shipping. Coffee orders under 20lbs, and non-coffee orders will be charged full shipping cost.

Delivery: Free delivery is available within a 20-mile radius from our roastery for orders $100 and over. Free deliveries are limited to once weekly. Orders under $100, or special/extra delivery requests are subject to a $25 delivery fee. Orders are always available for free pick-up at the roastery with prior notice.

Freshness: Coffee is at its peak flavor 1-4 weeks post roast, and brews best when rested (off-gassed) for at least 5 days after roasting. We do our best to fulfill orders with coffee that is 0-5 days off roast, so that you will have the maximum amount of  time to brew the coffee within the peak freshness window. To prevent brewing coffee that is too fresh (gassy) and to avoid running out of coffee at the last minute, we recommend you order enough coffee to hold a 2-3 week par level in your cafe, and to order on a regular weekly basis. If you have coffee that is nearing the 1 month threshold, making cold brew with it is a great way to extend that product freshness another week.
