Supporting alternative revenue streams for coffee farmers is integral to sustainability. Coffee blossom honey is great way to support that effort. Here we bring you honey harvested by Jorge Mendez from his coffee farms in the mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Like the coffee he produces, Jorge’s honey is similarly big in profile, with a round brown sugary sweetness, peach and citrus top notes, and slight vanilla undertones.

Enjoy this 12oz jar of single origin coffee blossom honey anyway you like to enjoy honey...put it on everything! But seriously, it goes great in tea, honey-lemon water, drizzled on toast, drizzled on buttered biscuits, atop a bowl of yogurt, dolloped on a hunk of blue cheese, jazzing up a salad dressing, shaking into a bee's knees cocktail, or simply eating by the spoonful.  

Crystallization: Three things make honey more likely to crystallize: 

Temperature below 50ºF (10ºC) | The ratio of glucose and fructose in the honey | Pollen content

To turn your Coffee Blossom Honey back into a smooth liquid put your honey in a vessel of warm water and allow it to slowly liquify. 

NOTE: Raw honey is not suitable for infants.
