Hario V-60

V60 Brew Specs

25g Coffee @ medium-fine grind
400g Water @ 195-205F

Pour 100g water @ 0:00 (pro tip: give grounds a good stir after first pour)
Pour 100g water @ 0:30
Pour 200g water @ 1:30

Total brew time should be between 2:00-2:30

Chemex

Chemex Brew Tips

40g Coffee @ Medium Grind
600g Water @ 195-205F

Pours
150g @ 0:00 (pro tip: give grounds a good stir after first pour)
150g @ 0:30
150g @ 1:00
150g @ 1:30

Total brew time should be between 4:30 - 5:30

 

Aeropress

Aeropress Brew Specs

20g Coffee @ medium-fine grind
160g Water @ 195-205F

With Aeropress inverted:
Pour 160 water onto coffee and stir
Let steep for one minute
Scrape off surface oils with spoon
Screw filter cap on and flip over onto decanter
Gently press until you hear a hiss.

Lastly, dilute the brew with about 25g of water, or adjust to your preference for strength.

 

French Press

French Press Brew Specs

1:15 coffee to water ratio
Coffee @ medium grind
Water @ 195-205F

Pour water over coffee and stir
About mid way through (2:00) give the coffee another stir

Slowly begin plunging at 3:30, for a total brew time about 4 minutes.

Decant and enjoy.
