In July & August we’ll be featuring a beautiful coffee grown by Aurelio Villatoro on his farm La Esperanza tucked away in the remote village of Hoja Blanca in Huehuetenango. Huehue produces my favorite Guat profiles: fruity coffees, with dense sweetness, juicy acidity, and lush body. This lot is a classic example of the region: with notes of red apple, hazelnut, and cinnamon.
Enjoy this fresh crop seasonal selection!
