We’ve got a real nice community lot from the Montalvo Association of Farmers and Specialty Coffee, sourced by our friends at Cedro Alto Coffee Farmer’s Collective in Pereira, Colombia.
In the cup you’ll find classic flavors of the Tolima region, which I’ve come to crave. In the nose, enjoy sweet aromas of dried cherry, brown sugar, cola, toffee, and baking spice. The acidity is balanced-to-lively and cherry-like in character. You should find the body to be full but not lingering. Enjoy this now through September 2019.
