I tried to find the perfect coffee for several months and this is it! It is delicious! I also love that Topeca is a Tulsa-based company.

We had this for the first time this morning at Ree Drummond’s in Pawhuska it was the breakfast blend . When we got back I was on the hunt and found it at Reasors. Having a cup of my “new “ coffee right now. Fantastic!

Yes, I drink a lot of coffee. Some may say too much, but that’s clearly not possible (okay, it might be possible, but not today). I’ve enjoyed a couple of other Topeca selections (using the same preparation), but this one is by far my favorite yet. Taken from whole bean, ground before being prepared in a pour-over drip (I use a Clever Brewing, to steep the coffee (22g) for 3 minutes at 200F before the drop), the flavor is absolutely incredible. Enough to fill a 20oz tumbler with room for 6-8 tbsp of half-and-half, and this is easily my new 3x daily choice. Rich, yet smooth, mild, not bitter. Simply wonderful.
