A one-day barista training that covers how to pull shots, steam milk, make all the basic menu items, properly use and maintain your equipment.

The syllabus is:

8:45am Welcome to coffee, roastery tour
9:30am French presses and coffee tasting
10:00am Brewing best practices
10:30am Espresso
11:30am Milk steaming
NOON Lunch
12:45pm Latte art
1:30pm Coffee recipes
2:30pm Barflow and customer service
3:30pm Machine maintenance and cleaning

This class can be done off-site for a small group for the cost of travel + $800. Reach out for more details!
