This deliciously sweet and fruity coffee comes to us from a young producer named Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez, who inherited his father's midsize farm, which came into the family in the early 1990s. Between his 3 parcels of land he grows Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties, of which this microlot is a selection of Red Bourbon. Roger is meticulous about his wet-milling and drying techniques and utilizes covered raised beds for his microlots, not often seen throughout Honduras. This lot was dried with the fruit intact, which lets the flavors of the coffee fruit shine through to the cup.

Aromas of honey, coffee cherry and caramel on the nose. Mixed berries, toffee and cereal milk on the palate with a fruity-chocolately finish.
