This microlot offering from Romelia Sánchez Gómez's farm, Finca La Florida, in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala is crisp, sweet and refreshing. Doña Romelia purchased her farm in 2006 and has been continually improving the condition of the land, her family, and her workers. Her dedication to quality clearly shows in this coffee. 

In the cup, you'll find notes of apple, caramel, nutmeg, and sweet pastry. The body has a great juicy texture, with a crisp finish. Who doesn't like Guatemalan coffee?

Drip (Medium) - best for auto-drip makers and larger pour overs with 4-6 min brew times such as Chemex

French Press (Med-Coarse) - best for French press and cold brew methods.
